CtrlOps Refund Policy - Transparent Billing & Cancellation Terms

Every new user gets a one-month (30-day) free trial with full access to CtrlOps. We built it this way on purpose: you get to test everything and make sure it fits your needs before you spend anything.

We really do recommend running the free trial first, on any plan including lifetime, so you know CtrlOps works for you before you buy.

Because you can try the whole product first:

• Monthly and yearly plans are final and non-refundable once a purchase is made, except in the cases in Section 03.
• Lifetime purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, explained in Section 04.

Whatever your plan, we will always do the right thing and issue a refund in these cases:

• Where the law requires it. Some countries, especially in the EU and UK, give buyers refund rights that we honor.
• Duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same thing.
• Accidental or incorrect charges. If a billing error on our side charged you the wrong amount.
• A purchase we genuinely cannot deliver. If something is broken at our end and we cannot make CtrlOps usable for you.

If you buy the lifetime plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. Just email us (see Section 07) within that window.

After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except for the cases in Section 03.

You can cancel your monthly or yearly plan at any time. When you cancel:

• You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Your plan does not renew after that.
• We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a period.

The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

If you bought CtrlOps through a third-party marketplace (for example, a deal platform like AppSumo), that marketplace's own refund rules and refund window apply to your purchase, and refunds for those orders are handled through them.

For a lifetime refund within 30 days, a duplicate charge, a billing error, or any case in Section 03, email us at support@ctrlops.io with your account email and the payment details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

If you think there is a problem with a payment, please contact us first before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We can almost always resolve it faster directly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
