At CtrlOps, we provide a 28-day comprehensive free trial to ensure the product meets your DevOps workflow needs before any financial commitment is made.
01. 28-Day Free Trial
We provide a generous 28-day full-feature free trial to every new user. This period is intended for comprehensive technical evaluation.
Because we offer this trial, we expect users to fully ensure the product fits their requirements before a purchase or renewal.
02. No Refund Policy
Except as required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancellations made during a billing cycle.
By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that you have utilized the 28-day trial and agree that no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason once the billing occurs.
03. Exceptional Conflicts
Refunds are only considered in cases of "Heavy Conflict"—major technical bugs or system failures that render the tool unusable on your environment.
- You must have consulted all available value-added support materials and documentation.
- You must have contacted our support team directly to attempt a resolution.
- A refund will only be evaluated if we are unable to resolve the critical conflict after these steps.
- Billing errors (duplicate charges) will always be fully refunded as per our internal policies.
04. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of your current paid term.
You will retain access to the Service until your current term expires.
05. Support-First Requirement
We value our users and are committed to resolving technical issues. We require that you reach out to us and allow us to provide support before a refund request for technical conflict is processed.
