CtrlOps Sub-Processors

To run CtrlOps, we work with a small number of trusted companies that help us with things like payments, email, and analytics. These are called sub-processors, and some of them handle limited personal data on our behalf.
We believe in being open about who they are. This page lists every sub-processor we use, what they do for us, and what personal data they touch. It supports our Privacy Policy and is the complete, current list.
Remember: the most sensitive things you handle in CtrlOps, your server credentials, keys, commands, logs, and files, stay on your device and are never shared with any of these companies.

Locations show each provider's primary base or data region. Some providers may process data in more than one region, and they act under their own privacy terms.
02. How we choose and manage them
We do not hand your data to just anyone. Before we use a sub-processor, and while we work with them, we:
- Check their security and privacy practices
- Put a data processing agreement in place, with international transfer protections where needed
- Give each one only the data it needs to do its job, and nothing more
✓ We never sell your personal data, and none of these providers are allowed to use it for their own marketing.
03. Changes to this list
As CtrlOps grows, this list may change. When we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page and, where the law or your agreement requires it, we will let affected customers know.
